Welcome to Bramley lodge
Bramley lodge lies in the heart of Somerset, on the edge of the levels. We are based in the quaint village of Chedzoy , just outside the market town of Bridgwater -home of the Bridgwater carnival. Our traditional saddle-notch Scandinavian log cabin is set between fruit orchards and lush pastures on our family farm making it the most perfect place to unwind.
In springtime, watch our Bramley trees blossom. In summer, delight in long walks and cycle rides along the close by cycle track and bridle way. In autumn, make a warming crumble from apples straight from the orchard. In winter, cosy-up in front the roaring fire in your own winter-wonderland.

We've just spent a lovely long weekend at Bramley Lodge, couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Lovely spacious accommodation all on one level, good access for the less able among us via a ramp leading to the living area.
Large kitchen/lounge/dining area with a large double cooker/range, fridge freezer, comfortable sofas, large dining table that will easily sit six people. Three bedrooms leading off, all twin beds, plenty of wardrobe space with the added bonus of an on-suite to one of them with a slipper bath. Also leading off is a nice warm double shower room.
All of this is kept warm by efficient underfloor heating if you stay in the colder months.
We enjoyed it so much that we are contemplating a return visit sometime in June.

I highly recommend a stay here. A beautiful, authentic log cabin lodge. made cosy by the log burner.
A large spacious kitchen living area, with comfy sofas to relax on. Fantastic facilities with everything you need away from home, including a hot tub to unwind in. A very warm welcome by the Denning family, with delicious home made treats and their own freshly laid farm eggs left in a Welome basket. Set on a working farm surrounded by the beautiful Somerset Levels, with so much to see and do in the local area. Five * Star!

Needed a place to stay as we are a family with five children
This is absolutely the most wonderful place I have ever stayed at. The underfloor heating was a delight, the coffee, milk, etc which were left for us was a surprise.
The beds were so comfortable that we slept like the logs the cabin was made of. The whole atmosphere was incredible. I hope not many people find this as wonderful as we want to come back again!!! The hostess is as friendly and welcoming as any landlady one could hope to meet.

I stayed here over the bank holiday weekend with some friends and it was just what we needed. Secluded enough so we didn't have to worry about noise, very comfortably and warm. (The underfloor heating is great! ).
Judith is very nice and accommodating and for the money we were all very happy. I definitely recommend it!

Booking cancellation If you are compelled to cancel your holiday you must confirm in writing to Mrs J Denning, Temple Farm, Chedzoy, Bridgwater, Somerset, TA7 8QR by first class mail and enclose your hire invoice and Booking Confirmation.
The date of the postmark is the date upon which the cancellation becomes effective. My acknowledgement in writing will be your confirmation that your booking has been cancelled. If you have to cancel within 42 days of your holiday, you must telephone us first and follow this with a written letter by First Class Mail. You will be held responsible for the full balance of your holiday Cost.
